Your description of your relationship with her may have been overly kind. I heard a blisteringly cruel voicemail from her that she had left you and my understanding was that that type of speech to you was not out of character for her. I validate that you do what you need to do to be well. I salute your efforts at kindness and compassion to others but also to yourself. You are beautiful and deserving of love and kindness.
